Terms of service
Last updated: September 23, 2026
These terms govern the use of AlertFly. By creating an account, signing in, or using a feature, you accept these terms. If you act on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
1. What AlertFly is
AlertFly is a platform for creators and streamers. It may offer a private Studio, Flows and alerts for OBS, goals, multichat, giveaways, connections to streaming platforms, asset storage, and AlertFly Nexo, a public page for sharing links.
Available features may vary by plan, region, account status, and the availability of third-party providers. A feature shown in the interface may be in testing, limited, or awaiting activation.
2. Account, email, and security
You must provide accurate information, keep your email address up to date, and protect your password, sessions, verification codes, and integration credentials. You may not share an account to bypass your plan's limits or allow another person to access a workspace without authorization.
You are responsible for activity carried out from your account. You must notify soporte@alertfly.stream immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. AlertFly may require additional verification, including 2FA, to protect the account.
3. Workspaces and account separation
Flows, goals, giveaways, connections, assets, settings, and Nexo data are stored within the workspace associated with the relevant account and organization. You must not attempt to view, modify, or infer information from another workspace. AlertFly applies session controls and authorization by organization and workspace, but no system connected to the Internet can promise zero risk.
4. AlertFly Nexo and public content
When you publish a Nexo, you make public the identifier you choose, display name, message, theme, color, and visible links. Anyone who knows the public address can view that content. Links may lead to third-party sites; you are responsible for checking their destination and content.
You must have the rights needed to publish text, images, videos, audio, trademarks, and links. AlertFly may hide or remove content that violates the law, these terms, or third-party rights.
5. Connections to external platforms
Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Kick, PayPal, Discord, and other services have their own terms and policies. Connections are authorized through the mechanisms offered by each provider; AlertFly does not ask for your passwords for those platforms. You can disconnect an integration from Studio when the feature is available or revoke access through the provider.
AlertFly does not control changes, limits, suspensions, errors, or outages of external APIs. An integration may stop working even while your AlertFly account is active.
6. Discord bot and integrations
If you enable a Discord integration, you must have permission to install applications or manage the chosen channel. The bot will request only the permissions needed for its functions, such as sending messages or using commands. You must not install it on servers where you lack authorization or use it for spam, harassment, or abusive automation.
7. Plans, limits, and payments
Plans may set limits on storage, links, connections, events, history, automations, or asset use. The applicable limits are those shown when you purchase or in your account. You must not attempt to bypass technical or commercial limits.
When billing is enabled, the payment provider will display the price, taxes, billing interval, renewal, and cancellation terms before you confirm. The payment provider handles full card details, which AlertFly does not store. We may store information the provider sends us to identify subscription status.
8. Prohibited use
- Use AlertFly for illegal activities, fraud, impersonation, malware, phishing, or unauthorized access.
- Send spam, manipulate events, harass, threaten, or violate other people's privacy.
- Infringe copyright, trademarks, image rights, or the terms of a connected platform.
- Interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or try to obtain other users' data.
- Upload malicious files, excessively large files, or files that do not match an allowed type.
9. Availability and changes
AlertFly may perform maintenance, fix errors, change interfaces, limit a feature, or remove an integration when necessary for security, operation, or compliance. We will endeavor to notify you of significant changes when reasonable. We do not guarantee continuous availability or specific results from a broadcast.
10. Suspension and cancellation
We may suspend or close an account if it breaches these terms, poses a security risk, causes abuse, or a legal obligation requires it. When possible, we will provide an explanation and a reasonable opportunity to correct the problem. You may stop using AlertFly and request help with closing your account by writing to support.
11. Ownership and limited license
AlertFly retains the rights to its software, brand, design, and documentation. You retain the rights to your content. You grant us a limited license, necessary to host, process, display, and transmit your content solely to provide the features you request, including displaying a Nexo when you publish it.
12. Liability
You use AlertFly at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, AlertFly is not liable for losses caused by external platforms, third-party links, Internet outages, shared credentials, user content, or decisions based on incomplete data. Nothing in this section limits rights that the law does not allow to be excluded.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect new features, legal changes, or security needs. We will publish the new version on this page and update the date. If a change requires additional acceptance, we will ask you for it.
14. Contact
