Privacy policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
This policy explains what information AlertFly may process, why it uses that information, and what options you have. Features that have not yet been enabled do not become active simply because they are described as a future possibility.
1. Scope and operator
This policy applies to alertfly.stream, AlertFly Studio, the API, and AlertFly's public pages. The service is operated by AlertFly's owner. For privacy requests, use soporte@alertfly.stream. Before purchasing in a jurisdiction that requires full company details, consult the legal information shown at checkout or request it at that email address.
2. Information we process
- Account: email address, username, organization, workspace, password protected by hashing, sessions, preferences, and 2FA status.
- Configuration: Flows, actions, goals, giveaways, OBS positions, colors, templates, destinations, and Studio settings.
- Events and chat: messages, followers, subscriptions, gifts, donations, viewers, and other events received from a connected platform, according to the permissions you authorized.
- Connections: external identifiers, connection status, and tokens needed to operate an integration. Tokens are encrypted on the server and are not sent to the browser in readable form.
- Files: images, videos, audio, names, types, and sizes of assets you upload for your Flows, subject to your plan's limits.
- Nexo giveaway participation: display name, email address provided to verify the entry and contact the winner, temporary code, and data used to limit requests and prevent duplicate entries. The email address of a confirmed entry is stored encrypted.
- Public Nexo: handle, name, message, theme, color, icons, links, and any content you choose to publish.
- Technical and security data: IP address, dates, browser, error logs, session activity, usage limits, and signals needed to prevent abuse.
- Payments: the payment provider may send us customer identifiers, subscription status, plan, period, and receipts. AlertFly does not need to store your full card number.
3. How we use information
- Create and protect accounts, sign users in, restore access, and apply 2FA.
- Save and display your workspace configuration and run the Flows you request.
- Receive, normalize, and display events from your connected platforms.
- Host assets, generate your Nexo, and serve the links you have published.
- Confirm giveaway entries with a code sent by email and let the creator contact the winner.
- Apply plan limits, process subscriptions when enabled, and provide support.
- Detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, harmful files, and technical failures.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to valid requests from authorities.
4. Basis and control of processing
We process the information needed to provide the service you request, comply with legal obligations, protect AlertFly, and, where applicable, with your consent. You may withdraw a platform authorization or disconnect an integration, although this may prevent the feature that depended on it from working.
5. Providers and disclosures
We may use hosting, database, email, captcha, storage, payment, and monitoring providers to operate AlertFly. They receive only the information needed for their function and must apply security and confidentiality measures. If you enable Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Kick, PayPal, or Discord, the corresponding provider will also process data under its own policy.
When the Discord bot is enabled, we will store only the configuration needed to send notifications, such as server, channel, permissions, and connection status. We will not store private Discord messages for a feature that does not need them.
6. Public content and third parties
The content of a published Nexo is visible to anyone who has its address. Links may lead to sites that AlertFly does not control; review their policies before providing them with information. A public link does not make the rest of your workspace public. Giveaways show only the display names of participants and winners; email addresses are not published or included in OBS. The account creator can access the encrypted email address of the winner after the draw.
7. Retention
We retain data while the account and features are active and while it is needed to provide the service, resolve claims, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations. When you disconnect a platform, we delete or invalidate the connection credentials as appropriate. Backups and technical logs may take a reasonable period to disappear. Giveaway codes expire after ten minutes; we delete the codes and their fingerprints within 24 hours after expiry. The encrypted email address of a confirmed entry is deleted when the giveaway is canceled or, if drawn, after 90 days; it may remain in backups for a reasonable time and subject to legal obligations.
8. Security
We apply session controls, authorization by organization and workspace, token encryption, access restrictions, file validation, request limits, and security logs. No transmission or infrastructure connected to the Internet is completely invulnerable; please use a unique password and enable 2FA.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
AlertFly uses cookies or equivalent storage to maintain your session, apply preferences, and protect requests. It may also load third-party resources such as fonts, icons, or Cloudflare Turnstile captcha. You can block cookies in your browser, but sign-in and some features may stop working.
10. International transfers
AlertFly and its providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where applicable, we will use the safeguards required by the relevant law for those transfers.
11. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You may also file a complaint with the competent data protection authority. Write to soporte@alertfly.stream from your account email address and state the request you wish to make; we may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity.
12. Minors
AlertFly is not intended for minors who cannot legally accept these terms. If you believe a minor has provided us with data without authorization, contact us so we can review it.
13. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect new features, changes in providers, or legal requirements. We will publish the current version on this page and update the date. If a change requires consent, we will request it separately.
